• ​​​Intake: $200 / Subsequent 55-minute Sessions - $175

• Out of Pocket & insurance accepted​

  • Accepted Insurance: Aetna, BCBS, and PacificSource​

  • Superbill available for Out of Network

• I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation prior to setting initial appointments

• Cancellation policy: If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you do not show for your session, you will be charged $175 (session rate)

  • I will try to offer a time slot to reschedule and waive the fee due to extenuating circumstances
